Haven Heritage is a state-certified adult family home dedicated to serving adults (18+) with physical, developmental, and mental health needs. We move away from the institutional feel of traditional care, offering a professional yet intimate residential setting where residents are treated with the respect and cultural honor they deserve. Managed by a dedicated Administrator and a team committed to DHS 88 excellence, we bridge the gap between independence and support.

Our mission is to provide a safe, stable, respectful, and compassionate home environment where adults receive individualized care that supports their independence, identity, inclusion, companionship, dignity, and overall well-being. We are committed to fostering a home-like atmosphere built on compassion, respect, meaningful relationships, and person-centered support that empowers each resident to feel valued, included, and cared for with dignity at all times.
