Haven Heritage is a state-certified adult family home dedicated to serving adults (18+) with physical, developmental, and mental health needs. We move away from the institutional feel of traditional care, offering a professional yet intimate residential setting where residents are treated with the respect and cultural honor they deserve. Managed by a dedicated Administrator and a team committed to DHS 88 excellence, we bridge the gap between independence and support.
